Family of Late Christian Oliver Release Statement

The family of Christian Oliver have released a statement following the tragic accident that claimed the life of the actor and his two young daughters.

Last Thursday, 4 January, the 51-year-old “Speed Racer” star was travelling via private plane from J.F. Mitchell Airport in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to Saint Lucia in the Caribbean; reports claim that the craft “experienced difficulties” resulting in a crash.

The trio was on holiday before the four-seater plane failed, killing everyone on board, including the pilot and Oliver’s two daughters, ten-year-old Madita and 12-year-old Annik.

Surviving family members released a statement via Instagram on Monday, 8 January: “We are deeply saddened by the tragic plane accident on January 4, 2024, which took the lives of our beloved family members.”

“Their devoted mother, Jessica Klepser in LA, survives the girls. They also leave behind their grandparents, several aunts, uncles, and cousins in Germany,” the heartfelt message continued.
